Our chosen credit card payment platform is one of the most secure and advanced payment methods on the Internet.
Users use it on a daily basis to make online payments for healthcare vouchers (physiotherapy, rehabilitation, etc.).
The credit card details entered are not stored in any database and their use or monitoring is the responsibility of Bankia, which handles the processing of the payment through a payment gateway.
Appointments, changes and cancellation policy
Below you will find our appointments, changes and cancellation policy. This information will let you know what the terms are for early cancellation of a treatment that has already been paid for or scheduled.
When changing or cancelling an appointment, there are 2 different cases:
- Appointment without deposit or prepayment. There is no “late cancellation” penalty for this type of appointment. However, if you cancel late 2 times in a row, we reserve the right not to offer “new appointments” without prepayment.
- Appointment with paid deposit, prepayment or healthcare voucher session. This type of appointment can be changed and cancelled in advance by telephone if it is done within the “early cancellation” period (at least two working days prior to the cancellation).
In the event of a late cancellation, the system automatically redeems the prepaid service and any healthcare voucher sessions available in the customer’s account.
Appointment reminders and confirmation requests
Our system will usually send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, by email, WhatsApp message or both.

Healthcare Vouchers (Sessions)
If you purchase a multi-session voucher, the cancellation conditions are the same as for other “prepayments”.

Multi-Session Voucher Conditions
Customers can purchase “multi-session” vouchers. This price option includes a discount on the normal price of a “single session”. Customers will be informed of the price and number of sessions included in each price option when purchasing the voucher.
