Ethics Channel
At Policlinica Group, we advocate a company culture of compliance with the law and the company’s internal regulations. The ethics channel is the Policlinica Group’s way of facilitating the communication of possible irregularities that may involve non-compliance with regulations. Such communication may be anonymous.
This complies with Law 2/2023 of 20 February on protecting persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
This channel is available to suppliers, third parties, business partners, and employees. However, this platform is not suitable for customer complaints. For these issues, you can send an email to calidad@grupopoliclinica.es
This channel should not be used for rights related to personal data protection, claims, complaints of commercial origin, or satisfaction with the services received. The following channels are available:

They can be submitted in a nominative or anonymous form. Confidentiality will be maintained in a nominative form. The person concerned will not be informed of the person making the communication.
Acknowledgement of receipt and the solution adopted shall be made, provided the communication is nominative.
