The specialty of pediatric neurology deals with the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of pathologies affecting the nervous system of newborns, infants, children and adolescents.
Unlike adult neurology, neuropediatrics pays special attention to neurodevelopment and the interference caused by disorders of the nervous system and others that have secondary repercussions on it.

Neuropediatrics works in an interdisciplinary manner, something that can be developed at Policlínica Nuestra Señora del Rosario, with the services of Pediatrics, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Pediatric Ophthalmology or Cardiopediatrics, among others.
