COVID-19 prevention measures
If you are going to visit our centres:
- You must come to your appointment with your own mask.
- Be punctual to avoid crowds
- Come unaccompanied, except in exceptional cases
- If you have respiratory symptoms, fever or a dry cough, notify your specialist and make an appointment by phone.
- Hand hygiene will be required throughout your entire visit.
- If you have had contact with a patient with COVID-19, please inform our staff before your appointment.
- Please bring a minimum of clothing and personal items.
Restriction of visits to patients admitted to the hospital:
Visits to patients admitted to this hospital are restricted during the pandemic until the epidemiological situation improves.
During hospitalisation, our healthcare staff will periodically inform a family member by telephone of the patient’s progress on the number provided, from 1 a.m. to 3 p.m.
You can contact your relative by telephone by calling 971301916 and dialling the room number as an extension.
Delivery of personal belongings to admitted patients:
(We strongly recommend including a mobile phone and charger).
- All items should be of moderate size. (Please note that your relative will need to take these items with them when you are discharged from the hospital).
- No food is allowed.
- The items must be placed in a box or bag with name, surname and room number.
- They are collected from the main reception desk of the hospital.
If the event of a deterioration in the condition of your admitted relative, you will be informed by the doctor and, as far as possible, you will be accompanied by a relative, who should preferably be under 60 years of age, not pregnant or suffering from immunosuppression or chronic pathologies. This person must be identified.
